Can the books take the place of you?

I purposely left my Terry McMillan's A Day Late and A Dollar Short at Kasturi. now I'm down with nothing to read. ada je English Methodology Principles and Practice of Teaching, Amalan Pentaksiran dalam Matematik notes and blah blah to read tapi ehm malasla. tak rasa nak baca buku pelajaran while in the middle of cuti. yeah I'm THAT type of person. I'm no hardworking as you. -___-

it has been a while since I ACTUALLY read something. and I was in deep regret too because last time I went to Big Bad Wolf, I didn't bought anything by Danielle Steel. :( if there's anything Ba had taught me, one of them is Danielle Steel. Ba gave me a book when I was little, I think it was when I'm 12 years old. after UPSR. sure got nothing to do innit? Ba told me whenever you want to start acquire the language, by reading of course, read this book. which was the book he gave me. Danielle Steel - Daddy. that's my first fiction book. put aside Enid Blyton for kids tu lah kaaaaannnnn. :)

okay! enough of childhood memories, let's dig up the piles of books I have at home and maybe, well maybe, I might read Anne Rivers Siddon's of Nora, Nora.  Anne Lamott's of Blue Shoe, AGAIN. or whichever. to keep me occupied.
